Welcome to Tax Maverick and our affiliated brands, including www.taxadvisorworkshop.com. By accessing our website, attending our events, or enrolling in our programs or software subscriptions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, registering for an event (including the 5-Day $5K Tax Planning Client Challenge), purchasing any ticket, or enrolling in a program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these policies, you should not use our services.
2. Event Participation and Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased for events—including the 5-Day Challenge, Scaling Workshop, or other live events—are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.
By attending, you consent to being recorded for educational, marketing, or training purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event or community space for inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Your participation may be recorded for marketing or training purposes.
We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without a refund.
3. Digital Products and Bonuses
All digital products, templates, recordings, frameworks, and bonuses provided with your ticket or program enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Once access is granted, you may not resell, share, or distribute the content without written permission.
4. Tax Maverick Subscription Trial
Depending on your ticket level, you may receive 30-day, 60-day, 3-month, or 6-month access to Tax Maverick Basic or PRO.
If your plan includes a complimentary trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription (e.g., $597/month) unless canceled before the trial ends.
Once billed, software subscriptions are non-refundable.
Your subscription will automatically renew at $297/month after the trial period.
You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
5. 60 Days to $25K Accelerator Program Terms
Enrollment in our implementation programs (including the $2,497 Package and $7,497 Package) requires:
✔️ Active attendance at all scheduled sessions
✔️ Completion of assigned action steps
✔️ Submission of documented progress (e.g., notes, screenshots, client outreach logs)
Failure to meet participation requirements forfeits eligibility for performance-based guarantees (e.g., the Investment Doubling Guarantee).
6. Refund Eligibility
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Key terms include:
✔️ No refunds for digital content or software after access is delivered
✔️ 72-hour refund window for deposits (minus processing fees)
✔️ Pro-rated refunds only granted if you meet all criteria outlined in the Investment Doubling Guarantee

7. Intellectual Property
All materials shared on our platforms—including but not limited to videos, documents, funnels, assessment tools, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tax Maverick and its affiliates. You may not copy, sell, or distribute our materials without written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
✔️ Your financial or business decisions based on our materials
✔️ Loss of revenue, profits, or data from your use of our training
✔️ Improper or unsupervised implementation of tax strategies
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
9. Community Conduct and Confidentiality
✔️ You agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary tools, pricing models, and strategy content shared in our programs.
✔️ Respectful behavior is expected in all community channels, coaching calls, and group interactions.
✔️ We reserve the right to revoke access for any violation of these standards, without refund.
10. Payment Terms
By enrolling in a program or purchasing a ticket, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount, including any scheduled installments. Missed or incomplete payments may result in revoked access to software, coaching, and future sessions.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to seek resolution before pursuing chargebacks, legal action, or third-party arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site, software, or services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
