By using this site, purchasing tickets or services, or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Event Participation and Ticket Purchases

Tickets to events such as the Get Paid Tax Advisory Workshop are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Your participation may be recorded for marketing or training purposes.

  • We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without a refund.

3. Digital Products and Bonuses

All digital products, templates, recordings, frameworks, and bonuses provided with your ticket or program enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Once access is granted, you may not resell, share, or distribute the content without written permission.

4. Tax Maverick Subscription Trial

If you select a VIP Plan, you will receive a complimentary trial of our Tax Maverick software.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at $297/month after the trial period.

  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

5. Accelerator Program Terms

Enrollment in the Tax Advisor Accelerator Program requires active participation, implementation of assignments, and documentation of your work in order to be eligible for any performance-based guarantees (e.g., the Investment Doubling Guarantee).

Failure to meet attendance or action requirements will forfeit eligibility for refunds or additional support.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website, in events, digital products, and courses—including but not limited to videos, worksheets, frameworks, and branding—is the intellectual property of Get Paid More and its partners.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any business decisions made based on our training or coaching

  • Loss of income, profits, or data arising from the use of our services

  • Outcomes resulting from tax strategies implemented without the supervision of a licensed advisor

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

8. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary strategies, pricing, or training content shared within our programs. You also agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all community spaces (Zoom calls, groups, chats).

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this without refund.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full or according to the installment plan you selected. Failure to complete payments will result in access being revoked.

By enrolling in a program or purchasing a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for any scheduled payments.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Changes to Terms
